What Is MAGNOLIA BARK?
Magnolia Bark extract, derived from Magnolia officinalis, contains bioactive compounds magnolol and honokiol that act as positive allosteric modulators of GABA-A receptors and exhibit anti-inflammatory properties. It has been traditionally used in Chinese medicine and is now commonly found in dietary supplements for anxiety reduction, sleep improvement, and stress management.
